Sales and Recruitment Specialist (FT):
As a Sales and Recruitment Specialist for Crow Canyon Archaeological Center, your primary responsibility is to increase revenue streams and achieve enrollment and revenue goals for our award-winning school programs, teen camps, and advertised on- and off-campus adult programs by using relationship management, coordinating and conducting outreach, identifying target markets, and conducting market research. This position requires the ability to provide program details and to help perspective customers see the value in attending our programs.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in, sales, marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field of study is required. Knowledge of archaeology or education practices will be given preference. The successful candidate must be highly organized and should demonstrate great attention to detail, possess advanced computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and have excellent customer-service experience to perform the essential duties.
